With over 20 years of work experience in almost hundred different companies, locations and teams, I have seen many ways to work, and too much of it are things I would want to prevent any company from repeating. I have work experience lasting from 1 day gigs to over 6 years in one company, from family owned and a startup to stock listed companies. These range from hospitality and events to online security, business development, marketing research and retail.

After leaving companies too many times due to frustration with the working environment as well as seeing similar avoidable mistakes being made in many places, I want to use my experience to help others enjoy working and prevent other companies repeating those mistakes and losing money by building their business on a solid foundation.
